WHAT’S IT FOR?
When you’re transferring shares in a business, it’s important to follow the correct process and ensure all the necessary documentation is in place. This includes entering into a Share Sale Agreement, preparing share certificates, completing resolutions and director appointments, and preparing required forms.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
We’ll advise you on selling the shares you own in your company and draft the required documentation.
This package includes:
- Phone consultation with a Sprintlaw lawyer (up to 60 minutes)
- Preparing a Share Sale Agreement in accordance with your instructions
- Preparing ancillary documents such as board resolutions and shareholder resolutiosn
- Preparing forms and certificates to be filed with HRMC and Companies House as required
- 1 round of complimentary amendments to your Share Sale Agreement
Please note that depending on the value of the transaction, stamp duty may be payable on the transfer. This package only includes 1 round of changes to your Share Sale Agreement. If you need multiple rounds of changes or further negotiation support, we can set up an additional fixed-fee project.
