Photography/Video Consent Form

A Photography/Video Consent Form sets out how a photographer can use certain photos or videos. It’s quite common for businesses to use photographers for a number of reasons, especially with digital or social media marketing. So, you want to make sure the photographer actually has permission to use these photos or videos for commercial and promotional purposes.

A Photography/Video Consent Form will seek the consent of the person whose photo or video is being taken, so that the photographer is allowed to take such content.

Have a read through it, and if you’re happy with the scope, you can accept and sign our engagement letter online – easy!

Once you’ve formally accepted, we’ll connect you with one of our lawyers and they will work with you to complete your project over email, phone and/or video chat – whatever you’d prefer
