Sprintlaw Expands Service Offerings to the UK

← Back to News

At Sprintlaw, we’re a small team on a big mission to change legal services for businesses. And, like so many of our valued clients, 2020 has been a year of transition for us.

In only four years of operation, we’ve reached clients across multiple jurisdictions, our team has tripled in size and we’ve received a number of top industry awards. To date, we’ve helped over 15,000 startups and small businesses from Australia and New Zealand when they needed legal help. Our clients include a range of high-street businesses, online platforms, international enterprises and tech startups.

We are excited to announce that we’re now expanding our tech-enabled legal services to businesses in the UK, as covered by the Australian Financial Review and Global Legal Post

Our mission in the UK is to disrupt the traditional legal model and provide quality legal services at a fraction of the cost of traditional providers using our innovative, low overhead legal model.

We use our own custom built and award winning cloud based legal management technology to dramatically increase the efficiency of legal service delivery for businesses navigating legal issues. Our innovative approach was recently recognized being named Innovator of the Year by LexisNexis, and winning NewLaw Firm of the Year at the Australian Law Awards.

Our UK service will be structured as a legal consultancy and look to build on the success of our original model set up to deliver faster, simpler and more affordable legal services to small businesses and start-ups.

Alex Solo, co-founder of Sprintlaw said, “We are excited to expand our tech-powered model into the UK market, where we’ve already serviced numerous startup and enterprise clients. At a time where businesses are increasingly looking for sound and affordable guidance from legal experts to navigate a challenging business environment.”

“Our combined tech and legal expert model is proven in the small business space and we’re confident that English companies will find Sprintlaw a seamless and complementary extension of their businesses,” Alex added.

In advising companies on how to manage risk, scale quickly and capture new online opportunities, Sprintlaw will not be acting as solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We will not conduct any activities which are reserved to solicitors and limit our services to advice in non-contentious areas such as contract drafting, guidance on moving online and IT matters.

From a client’s perspective, using a tech-enabled legal consultancy like Sprintlaw as opposed to a firm of solicitors offers more than just price advantages. Our online team is responsive and highly-experienced at working with forward-thinking clients who value clarity and decisiveness.

We look forward to continuing to expand our UK presence and service offering in the months to come. Please take a look at the full list of fixed-fee products here. Alternatively, get in contact with one of our consultants for a no-obligation chat on how we can help you with any other legal issues your business may have. We’ll be offering early bird discounts to our first clients.

We look forward to hearing from you!
