WHAT’S IT FOR?

SaaS T&Cs with a EULA sets out the terms and conditions by which users can access your software as a service (SaaS) platform, including when downloaded onto their device.They are important to limit your liability, set rules by which users can access and use your software, and provide other important protections, limitations, rights and responsibilities specific to your software.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll draft T&Cs for your SaaS platform along with a EULA.

This package includes:

• Drafting SaaS T&Cs and a EULA in accordance with the requirements of your business
• Phone consultations (up to 60 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer who will take your instructions, advise you on the legal issues you need to know and answer your questions about the document
• 1 x complimentary amendment to the final draft we provide you, as long as you request the amendment within 10 business days of us delivering the final draft

Please note that this package assumes you are only a data controller. If you are also a data processor, you will need a Data Processing Schedule, which requires an additional fee.
