WHAT’S IT FOR?
If you’re operating a recruitment business, we generally recommend you have two documents – a Candidate Disclaimer and a Recruitment Agreement. The Recruitment Agreement will include details of your arrangements with clients, including payment structure and commission calculation, anti-circumvention clauses, liability limitations and dispute resolution clauses. The Candidate Disclaimer provides you with appropriate rights to provide your candidates’ details to potential employers.
