WHAT’S IT FOR?

Platform T&Cs set out the terms and conditions by which users can access your online platform. They are important to limit your liability, set expectations about the services you provide and provide other important protections, limitations, rights and responsibilities specific to your business.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll draft T&Cs for your online platform.

This package includes:

• Drafting Platform T&Cs in accordance with the requirements of your business
• Phone consultations (up to 60 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer who will take your instructions, advise you on the legal issues you need to know and answer your questions about the document
• 1 x complimentary amendment to the final draft we provide you, as long as you request the amendment within 10 business days of us delivering the final draft

Please note that this package is for platforms or marketplaces with standard terms for sellers and buyers. If your platform requires more complex terms and conditions, we will need to set up an additional project to account for the extra bespoke drafting in your terms.
