This package includes:

• Phone consultations with a Sprintlaw lawyer (60 minutes)
• High level review of your constituent documents such as your Articles and/or Shareholders Agreement (if any)
• Preparing 1 Term Sheet in accordance with your instructions
• 1 round of complimentary amendments to your Term Sheet

Please note that this package is limited to only preparing a Term Sheet, with 1 round of changes. If you require multiple rounds of changes or negotiation support, we can set up an additional fixed-fee project.
