WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll prepare a Franchise Grant Package tailored to your business needs.

This package includes:

• Preparing the documents for the Franchise Grant
• Issuing the Franchise Grant to one (1) prospective Franchisee
• Negotiating any amendments to the documents (if required)
• Issue the final version of the Franchise Grant documents for execution
• Organise and assist in the execution of the documents to ensure that the documents have been correctly executed

Please note that this package is limited to the scope provided in the proposal above. The package does not include amendments to the template Franchise Agreement or Disclosure Document outside of the above scope, assistance with in person execution or arranging delivery of the franchise documents, the conducting of any due diligence or readiness to franchise, advising on tax or business structuring, and assumes that the transaction does not involve any employment, tax, accounting or other compliance issues.

You can use the optional negotiation support component of this package for things such as advising you on the counterparties requests. However, it can not be used for:

• Lease negotiations.
• In person meetings or negotiations.
• Contract drafting or amendments to the template Franchise Agreement or Disclosure Document outside of the above scope. If this is required, we will issue you with a new quote on a case by case basis.
• Regulatory or tax advice of any kind.

Any unused component of the package upon signing of the Franchise Agreement will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for a refund or as credit. If however, additional negotiation or legal support is required beyond the included amount, you will need to purchase a Negotiation Support Package.
