This package includes:

• Drafting a Data Protection Manual for your organisation
• Drafting a Data Retention Manual for your organisation
• Preparing an Incident Log to record data breaches and to demonstrate that you have considered the requirement to notify the ICO by logging it
• Preparing a Legitimate Interest Assessment using the ICO template, if necessary
• Preparing a DPIA (Data Privacy Impact Assessment) using the ICO template
• Phone consultations (up to 60 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer who will answer your questions about the documents

We can provide you with documentation that is consistent with GDPR principles and advise on GDPR and other applicable data protection and electronic communications regulatory compliance to the extent that it impacts your business operations in the UK. Each EU Member State may have additional data protection legislation that applies in that jurisdiction, so you may also want to seek legal advice in those jurisdictions if relevant.
