WHAT’S IT FOR?

If you need to update or fix up a contract, it’s a good idea to have a lawyer do it. We’ll be able to ensure the contract reflects your legal needs and interests, and recommend provisions that are usually included in contracts of a similar nature.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll re-draft a contract provided by you.

This package includes:

• Re-drafting the contract in accordance with the requirements of your business
• A walkthrough of the review findings and any key suggested amendments by a Sprintlaw lawyer, either via the phone or video call (up to 60 minutes) or in a video recording

Please note this package is limited to 1 round of reviewing and re-drafting your agreement. If you need several rounds of changes or assistance with negotiations, we will need to set up an additional quote.
