WHAT’S IT FOR?

The Articles of Association form part of the company’s constitution and govern the internal management of the company’s affairs. As most companies operate on Model Articles provided by the Companies House at incorporation, it is highly recommended to have a lawyer review your articles and ensure they are fit for purpose as your business matures. This is especially relevant when you are considering any corporate action like venture capital investment or creating a new class of shares.
