We will transition your company into a B-Corp.
This package includes:
- Updating your governing documents in accordance with B-Corp requirements
- Preparing a resolution to update your governing document
- Phone consultations (up to 60 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer who will take your instructions, advise you on the legal questions you need to know and answer your questions about the changes
Please note: This package is limited to amending the Articles of Association and preparing the necessary resolutions. If your business has been operating for less than 12 months, you may qualify for Pending B-Corp status. This requires completing a prospective B Impact Assessment and paying a fee, which is not included in this package. For businesses operating for more than 12 months, you will need to complete a full B Impact Assessment and meet the performance requirements for a B-Corp certification, which is not included in this package.
