Legal Project Manager,
Sprintlaw UK

We’re looking for a legal project manager to help build our business development and client service function at Sprintlaw UK.

We offer clients a range of fixed-fee legal packages covering everything that small businesses and startups need – company set up, contract review and negotiation, employment, capital raising and data protection. We run our business like a tech startup, with user experience, creativity and lean thinking at the core of our culture.

Summary:

Position: Legal Project Manager

Schedule: Full time. Hours are flexible. Start late November / early February (hiring for multiple roles with multiple in-takes).

Location: We are a remote-first company and encourage you to WFH, but we do have desks available in a co-working space in London if you’d prefer.

Key experience:

We are looking for someone with a commercial mindset who isn’t afraid to bring new ideas to the table and is interested in an alternative legal career.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s law degree, excellent written, oral and communications skills and strong experience in either sales or customer service – ideally within the legal or professional services market.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via emails and over the phone
• Use your legal knowledge in order to scope and understand the type of legal service each customer requires
• Be the first point of contact for new enquires and explain how Sprintlaw works and why it is different and ‘better’ than traditional legal services
• Being the point of contact throughout the client journey, from first contact to project completion
• Write up accurate and detailed legal briefs for our legal team
• Develop on-going relationships with customers
• Manage relationships by effectively using sales strategies and scheduling follow ups
• Assisting with the development of knowledge resources, plans and projects.

Other responsibilities may include:

• Developing sales and marketing strategies
• Attending business development events and activities
• Our clients include all kinds of businesses, from local cafes to tech startups, so you’ll always have a variety of work.
