Biography

Regie is a lawyer and the Legal Transformation Lead at Sprintlaw.

Before Sprintlaw, Regie worked in various legal, marketing and tech roles across startups, marketing firms, in-house legal teams and consulting firms. With a passion for making legal advice more accessible, she also volunteered at a range of not-for-profits - as a paralegal, an English teacher and a UX designer.

In 2019, Regie joined Sprintlaw and soon started practising as a lawyer with specialisations in commercial law, not-for-profit law, technology and corporate law. During her time as a lawyer, she worked with hundreds of small businesses and startups to understand the various legal issues that affect them and how they access legal advice.

She now draws from her experience as a lawyer as she leads the Legal Transformation Team to make legal services more simple and accessible for small businesses at Sprintlaw. In her role, she designs and maintains Sprintlaw’s knowledge platform, which shortlisted Sprintlaw for the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Asia Pacific 2024 awards in the Innovation in Knowledge and Data category. Regie also runs Sprintlaw’s legal operations, while working closely with the co-founders to design its product and delivery system.
