Deciding to work with Sprintlaw was easy - Adil made the process really straightforward and responded to my initial questions promptly. Claudia then drafted a service agreement for my copywriting business. She really listened to how I work with my clients so she could draft the agreement in such a way that it worked for my different charging models, but would be straightforward for me to use, and included all the factors I requested. I had a lot of questions about what different clauses mean or what they allow me to do/how they protect me etc – Claudia answered all of them. I got good quality contracts, Ishita accurately understood my requirements, I had effective communication with her in drafting this contracts. I learnt some new clauses related to commercial contracts regulations in the UK. The legal documents were written in easy language, any layman can understand.
