Biography

Embeth is the Head of Legal at Sprintlaw.

An experienced corporate & commercial lawyer, Embeth’s professional interests span corporate law, capital raising, employee share option plans (ESOPs), and intellectual property.

Before her current role at Sprintlaw, Embeth practised at a commercial litigation firm. There, Embeth contributed her skills and knowledge first as a paralegal and then as a lawyer. In 2019, Embeth took on the role of a senior legal consultant at Sprintlaw, a position that paved the way for her to join Sprintlaw’s legal team as a lawyer.

With her deep understanding of commercial law, Embeth excels in pinpointing and addressing the legal needs of businesses. Her extensive expertise benefits the clients of Sprintlaw.
