Unsure about how we work? We have gathered the most common questions for your convenience.
Because the risk usually sits across the whole arrangement, not in one document alone. A staffing business may have worker terms, client terms, onboarding forms, privacy notices and day-to-day practices that all interact. Problems can arise where those pieces do not match each other or do not reflect how placements actually work in practice. This review looks at that wider picture. It can help you assess your position and reduce risk, but it cannot promise compliance in every scenario because the factual working arrangement can matter as much as the written terms.
The review commonly covers worker and client contracts, onboarding and classification procedures, and the way candidate or worker information is collected, used and shared. We look at whether the documents appear consistent with the labour hire model you are operating and whether there are obvious gaps, mismatches or risk points in the paperwork and process. The written report then sets out practical recommendations for the areas reviewed. It is not a full outsourced compliance function, and it does not include implementing system changes or rewriting every internal process document unless we agree that scope with you upfront.
The advice depends heavily on your actual business model, the documents you use and the factual context in which workers are supplied. For example, the position may differ depending on who directs the worker day to day, how onboarding is handled, what information is collected, and how that information is passed between agency, client and worker. The document needs to line up with your actual privacy practices, including how information moves through the business. That is why we review both the paperwork and the practical setup rather than treating this as a generic template exercise.
Usually not for long. Generic templates and checklists can be useful as a starting point, but they often fail to reflect the real placement model, the division of responsibilities between agency and client, or the way candidate data moves through the business. That can leave gaps between what the documents say and what happens in practice. In this area, that mismatch can be a serious issue. A review tailored to your agency is more likely to identify where the wording, onboarding steps and working arrangements are pulling in different directions.
You will receive a written compliance report setting out the main issues identified in the material reviewed, together with recommendations for next steps. That may include suggested updates to worker terms, client terms, onboarding documents or privacy-related wording, depending on what we find. A follow-up Q&A is included so you can clarify the report and understand which points are most urgent. If you want us to carry out further drafting or redrafting after the review, that can be quoted as separate work because the fixed-fee here is for the review and recommendations.
