What’s in a Service Level Agreement?
A Service Level Agreement sets out the minimum levels of required service that a service provider will provide to a client. It may set out, for example, required response times of a service provider for client issues, or required up-times or availability of websites hosted the service provider. It may also set out the consequences of the service provider’s failure to comply, such as service credits or partial refunds.

Service Level Agreements are a great way to clarify the roles and responsibilities of all parties. Importantly, they set out the key terms under which you will be providing services. This is also a great way of limiting your liability for anything that goes wrong, thereby protecting your business if things don’t go to plan.
It’s always best to be proactive and protect your business from the outset. Our lawyers can draft a Service Level Agreement according to your business’ requirements.
Our fixed-fee Service Level Agreement packages start at £1000.
As part of our Service Level Agreement package, our expert lawyers will draft a Service Level Agreement in accordance with your requirements. You’ll also receive phone consultations your lawyer, who will take your instructions, advise you on the legal issues you need to know and answer your questions about the agreement. The package also includes one complimentary amendment to the final draft we provide to you.
Sprintlaw is a new type of a legal practice called a ‘legal consultancy.’ This is a new, innovative model of practice which has been available since 25 November 2019 when the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) rolled out certain regulatory reforms in England and Wales. You can read more about legal consultancies in our ‘FAQs’ page, here.
To work with us, just submit an enquiry through the site. After you’ve submitted an enquiry, one of our legal project managers will review your enquiry within 1 business day and get in touch to get a better idea of exactly what you are looking for.
Then your legal project manager will send through an email with a bit more information about the services you need, along with a fixed-fee quote setting out costs, scope of the service and timing. Have a read through it, and if you’re happy with the scope, you can accept and sign our engagement letter online – easy!
Once you’ve formally accepted, we’ll connect you with one of our lawyers and they will work with you to complete your project over email, phone and/or video chat – whatever you’d prefer
